Warehouse Manager Max S.

Our Warehouse Manager Max is responsible for many aspects of organization and cleanliness at SERVPRO of Edmonds, Lynnwood & Bellevue West sprawling over 30,000 square feet. Max inventories our consumables and thoroughly cleans equipment after each completed project. All orders are placed and received through Max’s direction for cleaning products, packing supplies and new equipment. He is also in charge of inventory for 175 plus storage pods, fuels our fleet of over 25 vehicles and holds multiple IICRC certifications. Our team prides itself on organization and cleanliness for a productive environment and Max does an exceptional job at helping our operations run efficiently.

Controller Karen H.

Karen has been a vital member of our SERVPRO team since we were established in 2008. Her experience has helped our company grow and expand over the years. Karen is a graduate of the University of California Irvine and a registered and licensed tax practitioner with 30 years of experience in the accounting field. We trust her with all of our accounting needs and are very grateful for her integral role in the company. Karen enjoys traveling in her free time.

Project Manager Kyle M.

Kyle has been a loyal employee since day one and is a very dedicated employee. He has over 15 years of experience in the restoration industry and has completed many IICRC certifications, namely: WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician), CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician), and is trained in Biohazard Cleaning. Kyle especially enjoys being face-to-face with our customers and is often the first point of contact for customers in need of emergency services. Kyle is also well versed in the iCat contents management system and regularly educates our team on the best practices of content cleaning and inventory. Customers always tell us how much they appreciate Kyle’s professional and courteous manner.

Billing Specialist Marcus S.

Marcus studied Business Administration at the University of Washington and successfully leads our billing and compliance departments. His enthusiasm has led to him gaining knowledge in all aspects of the industry and he has acquired IICRC certifications for WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and CDS (Commercial Drying Specialist). He is also AHERA certified for asbestos training. In his free time Marcus enjoys traveling and rooting for Seattle sports teams.
