Commercial Water Damage During Winter Storm

This local Edmonds business called us in a panic during a winter snowstorm. There was half a foot of snow on the ground and the business was in the thick of their holiday retail season. The building was experiencing exterior water intrusion and needed our team to evaluate the damage and dry the structure immediately. Our crew responded and determined the source of the water in three different locations. Some drywall was removed and other areas of the structure were dried in place. Our team made sure to minimize business interruption by quarantining the area we performed work in and allowing customers to still enter through the main section of the building for purchases. We worked diligently and quickly so that the business was able to return to normalcy in no time.
