Commercial Building Flood in Bothell

A pipe had broken in the corner of this commercial property which in turn flooded the room. The maintenance crew was quick to get the water turned off but commercial pipes can create quite a bit of damage in a short amount of time. We extracted the water quickly and pulled back the carpet to begin drying while moisture mapping the vicinity of the room. Using air movers we were able to dry the walls and flooring in just a few short days while monitoring the drying progress each day. Once finished the carpet was cleaned and reset. The building owner appreciated our quick work and was thrilled to have saved the carpet.
